Optional usage analytics with PostHog
We use PostHog Cloud EU (eu.i.posthog.com, hosted in Frankfurt) only after analytics consent to measure public pageviews, selected traffic sources, and visits to Sesang News. The connection technically requires an IP address; events contain a random pseudonymous browser reference and browser/device metadata. Account data, arbitrary URL parameters, full referrers, and text are excluded. Session replay and autocapture are disabled. Analytics uses host-specific localStorage; homepage and News do not share consent or browser identity. Processing relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), TDDDG §25(1)). You can withdraw prospectively through Cookie settings, which stops new transfers and resets analytics identity. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously sent events. Event storage depends on the PostHog plan and the continuing analysis purpose; query retention is not a deletion guarantee.
